By using the Hire Rewards card you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time): 1. All participants must live in the UK and be aged 21 years or over. 2. Hire Rewards is only for personal and consumer use. Membership is not open to companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations or similar entities and your Hire Rewards card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business and/or the owners of a business. 3. Members may be removed from Hire Rewards at any time at our discretion. 4. All Benefits are subject to availability. 5. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions upon reasonable notice. 6. We reserve the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate Hire Rewards; (b) decline to issue Hire Rewards cards; and (c) alter or amend the Terms and Conditions of operation of Hire Rewards. 7. We may discontinue relationships with such partners at any time and will give you as much notice as is practicable in the circumstances. 8. Free delivery and collection available on car hire to home addresses only on hires of over 2 days and is free for first 15 miles, thereafter 16-30 miles will cost £20 each way, 30 miles and over will cost £30 each way . 9. Free home delivery is not available from airports or central London stations. 10. Offer, rates and reservations are for UK mainland only. 11. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. 12. Available only at participating National Car Rental stations please use as appropriate. 13. UK hires include unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (subject to excess), Theft Liability Waiver (subject to excess), road tax and VAT but excludes fuel. 14. Subject to availability and driver qualification. 15. Standard terms and conditions of hire apply. 16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to resolve any disputes that may arise out of them. 17. The current benefits that are available to Hire Rewards card holders can be obtained upon request from the hire location.
